Article 2: Offer

Depending on usage, rooms are available from 3 p.m. and must be vacated by 11 a.m. at the latest. The billing of an extra night may result from the non-respect of this check-out deadline.

For late arrivals, we strongly advise you to inform us in advance.

The management regrets not being able to accommodate children in this establishment.

No extra bed can be installed in the room.

A maximum of 2 people can stay in the room.

Only people with a reservation can access and stay at the establishment.

No baby bed can be installed in the room.


Article 3: Reservations

All reservations made on our website will be confirmed upon payment of a deposit equal to 50% of the total cost of the stay.

Cancellation and Deposit Refund Policy

For all reservations made from June 2020 onwards, if your reservation is cancelled due to government-mandated lockdowns or travel restrictions caused by airline closures, we will refund the deposit paid (less any applicable bank and administrative fees).

Except for the reasons mentioned above, if you cancel within 7 days of your arrival, you will be required to pay 50% of the total amount.

Reservation Modification and Postponement

The Client may request to postpone their booking, subject to the following cumulative conditions:

  • Validity Period: The postponement must be completed and the new booking completed within a maximum of one (1) year from the date of the initial reservation.
  • Number of postponements: This postponement option is limited to a maximum of two (2) times. Beyond this limit, the reservation will be considered canceled, and the cancellation fees stipulated in the preceding paragraph will apply.
  • Price adjustment: The price applicable to the new reservation will be the one in effect on the date of the postponement (according to the current price list or seasonal conditions).
  • Minimum price guarantee: If the price of the new chosen date is lower than the original price, the difference will not be refunded or credited. The price of the postponed service cannot, under any circumstances, be less than the amount of the original reservation. Conversely, if the new price is higher, the Client will be required to pay the difference.

Article 4 : Payment

The balance of the invoice is to be paid at the end of the stay.


Article 5 : Means of payment

Lodge Palmae accepts bank cards (except AMEX), cash, bank transfers, and gift cards purchased on the establishment's website.

Gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. No credit for unused amounts or refunds are possible.


Article 6 : Admission and behavior

Management reserves the right to refuse to accept or dismiss any person who is acting or behaving in an unacceptable manner.


Article 7 : Animals

Animals are not allowed at Lodge Palmae.


Article 8 : Damage, deterioration, theft

In the event of damage or deterioration by the client or the persons staying with him, of the room or the materials and equipment placed at his disposal, the restoration, replacement or repair will be at his expense and will be invoiced to him.
It will be the same in case of theft of towels, bathrobes, bath products (.....) made available to customers.


Article 9: No smoking

Smoking is strictly forbidden in the rooms.


Article 10 : Rates

A tourist tax of 0.80 € is applied per person per day.
Rates are displayed "All Taxes Included" in euros and are subject to change without notice.


Article 11 : Responsibility

Our responsibility could not be engaged in case of loss, theft or damage of personal belongings in our structure.
In the event that the provider is unable to fulfill its obligation to provide the client with the accommodation specified at the time of booking, it undertakes to offer the client another accommodation of identical quality.


Article 12 : Disputes and claims

In the absence of agreement between the customer and the establishment, the competent courts may be seized.
